NTU PERSONAL DATA PRIVACY STATEMENT AND CONSENT FOR NBS ACE CareerFIT

1. This NBS ACE CareerFIT privacy statement and NTU Privacy Statement ("the Privacy Statements") describe how Nanyang Technological University, its respective subsidiaries, and affiliates (collectively referred to as "NTU", "we", "us" or "our") collects, uses and discloses your personal data.
2. NTU generally collect, use and disclose personal data (a) that you knowingly and voluntarily provide in the course of or in connection with your relationship or via a third party who has been authorised by you to disclose your personal data to us; or (b) where collection, use and disclosure of personal data is permitted or required by the Personal Data Protection Act 2012 ("Act") or other relevant laws.
3. The personal data which we collect from you may be used and/or disclosed for one or more of the following purposes ("Purposes"):
   1. Dealing with Job Search ("Job Search"):
      1. Activities which may be provided by NTU both inside and outside the classroom, to enhance your employability and to prepare you to be career-ready. Such activities may include but are not limited to recruitment talks, career preparation workshops, job fairs, networking events, resume reviews, career counselling sessions and field trips; and
      2. Activities undertaken by you in the course of applying for full-time roles or internships including but not limited to sharing your resumes and other documents containing personal data, submitting job applications, registering for events and attending job interviews.
   2. Contacting, communicating and sharing with you, information or materials (marketing or otherwise) for Job Search;
   3. Storing your data for purpose of Job Search;
   4. Requesting your participation in programme ranking or service improvement surveys;
   5. Disclosing your personal data to third parties, whether located within or outside Singapore. Such third parties include but are not limited to our third-party service providers, hiring managers, talent attraction specialists, recruiters and HR managers processing your personal data to assess your suitability for employment both for full-time roles or internships;
   6. Complying with any request or direction of any governmental authority, or as required by any applicable law, governmental or regulatory requirements including but not limited to the compliance with the disclosure requirement;
   7. Any other purposes which NTU may inform you in writing from time to time, but for which NTU will seek your separate consent.
4. You may request to review and update your personal data currently in our possession or withdraw your consent for the collection, use and disclosure of your personal data in our possession by submitting your request to nbscareerservices@ntu.edu.sg. Withdrawal of consent will adversely impact one or more of the Purposes, and you may not be able to continue with Job Search activities using NBS ACE CareerFIT.

By accessing or using NBS ACE CareerFIT ("https://nbsace-careerfit.iotalents.com"), you consent to the collection and use of your information in accordance with these terms and conditions. By checking the box below, you further acknowledge that you have read "the Privacy Statements", and you consent and agree to how NTU and its successors and assigns may collect, use and disclose your personal data, for one or more of the above Purposes. You further affirm that the information provided in this platform is true and accurate to the best of your knowledge and that you have not wilfully suppressed any material fact. You understand that any false, misrepresentation or omissions of information may result in suspension and/or termination of your use of and/or access to NBS ACE CareerFIT.
